Methodology and program elements
The methodology of the training course is based on 3 important assumption about what the learner must do in order for this training course to be successful :
1. Reflection. We want you to think about how you approach leadership. The questions we pose are designed to challenge your thinking and help you become more conscious about how well you engage in each of the Practices.
2. Application. We want you to apply the practices and commitments to your project. To do that, we provide exercises that help you to put the theory to work. In some cases you will do this application alone. or you will go out to talk to your team members and engage them in an activity.
3. Implications. As a result of your reflections and applications, you will learn about yourself, your team, your organization, and your project.
The programme of the course will include:
- The journey of leadership
Find your voice by clarifying your personal values; Set the example by aligning actions with shared values
- Create a vision that inspire
Envision the future by imagining exciting and enabling possibilities; Enlist others in a common vision by appealing to shared aspirations
- Challenge the process
Search for opportunities by seeking innovative ways to change, grow, and improve; Experiment and take risks by constantly generating small wins and learning from mistakes.
- Ignite the action

- Encourage the Heart
Recognize contributions by showing appreciation for individual excellence; Celebrate the values and victories by creating a spirit of community.
