The organization is made up by a team of internal trainers and external trainers - special recruited for different occasions- with the purpose to assure the highest quality. Each  member of the team has unique skills and knowledges - another reason of our professional services.

The founders of the organization have an experience for more than 12 years in the nonprofit field and in facilitating youth work. The color and the energy accumulated in  so  many years of experience  is transposed in our work - the training courses that we implement are active and totally involving the participants during the learning process, with a long term impact.

The organization is affiliated to training clubs in England and to the European Association of Facilitators. The trainers gained certified qualification from Council of Europe, European Commission  and UNESCO. There is one thing that you can be sure when reffering to ACT and that is its hight quality, especially because all the members of the trainers team are professionals.
